We recommend setting aside at least 30 minutes each week for goal-setting, check-ins, and engaging with the community—but this is designed to fit your schedule!
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Nope! The Change Maker Collective is all about behavior-based coaching, which means we focus on action-oriented goals!
By focusing on small, meaningful shifts that work for your lifestyle and align with your personal goals and values—you build your confidence and motivation, so no restrictive diets or extreme plans here!
Do I need to follow a specific diet or workout plan?
Nope! We focus on behavior-based tracking and measuring progress in ways that actually matter—like energy levels, confidence, and mindset shifts!
If weight loss happens as a byproduct of healthier habits, that's awesome! But my coaching style is a weight-neutral approach.
Is this a weight-loss program?
Yes! You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your subscription through the paid term, and then you will lose access once the cancellation takes place.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
